An infographic is imagery that provides data and concepts in a visual form with minimal text. It's a great way to help your visitors understand the data you want to present. It can be difficult to make them from scratch, so we've found 7 free infographic makers online that you can use to spice up your website, emails, brochures, and more. The learning curve for these tools is much easier than learning a graphics program like Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer. And you don't really need any skills to make professional looking infographics with these tools.

7 Free Infographic Makers

Canva.com. Canva is pretty much the leader in the online graphics space at the moment. Their interface is easy to use and they have thousands of free templates, graphics, and fonts to use. You can make amazing graphics with very little to no skill just by customizing their pre-built templates. Their free plan is great, but for $10/month you get access to 100+ million premium graphics, magically remove backgrounds, and much more. I use it and it's honestly the best tool in my toolbox.

Adobe Spark. From one of the graphics leaders, Adobe, comes Adobe Spark, a tool that helps you make professional looking infographics even if you have no design skills. Adobe does offer paid plans, but the starter plan is free and allows you to create designs from scratch or use their free templates. Upgrade to access larger, premium design libraries.

Piktochart. Like Adobe, they offer free and paid plans, with free plans having restrictions such as watermarks or decreased customization. With a drag and drop interface and thousands of pre-made templates, it's easy to design brilliant infographics for your website, brochure, or other publication.

Snappa. Snappa's free infographic maker plan gives you access to 6000+ templates and over 5,000,000 HD photos and graphics. And if that isn't enough for you, their monthly prices on their paid plans are pretty reasonable, starting at $10 a month.

Crello. Like the other sites on this list, Crello is a free infographic maker with access to millions of assets to help you build professional looking infographics. Its paid pro plan is the cheapest of the sites in this list at just $7.99 as of writing this.

Visme. You can make stunning infographics with Visme. In fact, it boasts it is eye-catching data visualization made easy. But Visme it does much more than that. Like Canva, it's a multi-purpose graphics tool, allowing you to create social media graphics, presentations, and even videos. You can create professional graphic and video content without having to hire a designer, which can get expensive.

Venngage. Compared to the other sites on this page, Venngage's free plan is a lot more restrictive. That's not to say you can't make great infographics for free, but it just doesn't boast as many features on the free plan as the others. That said, their free templates are pretty eye-catching.

I hope the resources on this page have helped you find the best free infographic maker for your needs. If you're looking for more features and don't mind paying a small monthly fee, I highly recommend Canva. It is my go-to graphics tool for social media graphics (posts, avatars, covers, etc), short promo videos, t-shirt design, and more. The interface is easy to use and the designs are professional looking. They're constantly adding new templates every day.
